The houses he acquires already had an obligation of a payment to the church of Santa Justa for masses for the soul of Isabel Pires, which the sellers promise to pay their new owners.

She bequeaths him her properties with an obligation of 6 annual masses for her soul and the soul of her son, Gaspar Gomes, in the convent of Nossa Senhora de Jesus of Lisboa, where her husband is buried. Her husband had also ordered 6 masses for his soul. After Agostinho's death, the entail shall pass to his wife and to their successors, with a preference for the daughters.
