Sale and bond deed by which Agostinho Esteves, picheleiro, buys houses to entail to the obligation of masses established by Maria Antónia from Domingos Coutinho, escrivão das Capelas de Lisboa, and his wife. The houses he acquires already had an obligation of a payment to the church of Santa Justa for masses for the soul of Isabel Pires, which the sellers promise to pay their new owners.
Followed by an acceptance deed. Contains a sale and bond deed related to the acquisition of the houses by the sellers and a certificate of payment of sisa.

Sentence judging the houses acquired by Agostinho Esteves entailed to the chapel ordered by Maria Antónia, and the houses she had previously entailed free from the obligation.

Will (extract) by which Maria Antónia designates Agostinho Esteves, picheleiro, as her universal heir and executor. She bequeaths him her properties with an obligation of 6 annual masses for her soul and the soul of her son, Gaspar Gomes, in the convent of Nossa Senhora de Jesus of Lisboa, where her husband is buried. Her husband had also ordered 6 masses for his soul. After Agostinho's death, the entail shall pass to his wife and to their successors, with a preference for the daughters.
