Will (extract) by which Inês Fernandes bequeathed orchards, lands and houses in Colares, Sintra, to her grandniece, Roque Fernandes and Maria Antunes' daughter. If she died without leaving any heir, the properties would be inherited by her youngest sister, who would pass them to her descendants or to her other sister. Those properties could never be sold or exchanged for others. All the entail's future administrators were obligated to give, each year, 2 500 réis to the church of S. Miguel of Alfama in order to support the celebration of annual masses for the institutor's soul and the souls of her late husband and her son.
