Codicil (extract) by which Maria Teixeira declared that she made a last will where she wanted to use 300 000 réis to establish a chapel, with the obligation to celebrate masses wherever the administrators wanted. She designated her husband Manuel Martins to be its first administrator and, after his death, he should be succeed by her sister Marta Teixeira and her heirs.

Subrogation deed by which the administrator António Ferreira de Matos declared that the institutor's husband, Manuel Martins, gave up of the administration in 1653 in favor of Baltasar Teixeira and his wife Marta Teixeira, giving them 300 000 réis left by the institutor. The new administrator also declared that he and his wife Luísa da Assunção da Silva now wanted to use this money to incorporate into this entail some houses, lands, vineyards and an olive grove, located in the place of Palaios and Pereiro, on the outskirts of Alenquer.
