Will (extract) by which Simão Ribeiro established an entail, designating his nephew António da Cunha Ribeiro to be its first administrator. He was due to order the celebration of masses wherever he wanted and the remaining part should be used to give some legacies to orphans and widows. After his nephew's death, it should succeed his son or grandson. He left a "palmar" with its houses located in the place he lived in Santa Inês, Goa, which rents he wanted to incorporate into this chapel.
