Will (extract) by which Paula da Fonseca bequeaths her third part to her granddaughter Paula da Gama, daughter of Graça Henriques and Francisco de Seixas, with an obligation of ordering 20 annual masses for her soul, the soul of her husband, Simão Henriques, and the soul of her daughter Violante da Fonseca, in a church or monastery of her choice. Paula's father, Francisco de Seixas, shall administer the chapel during his lifetime. If his daughter becomes a nun, it shall pass to his eldest surviving son, and his successors. If she marries, the entail shall pass to her husband, and their descendants afterwards.
