Will (extract) by which Miguel Fernandes bequeathed the third part of his assets, including houses in Lisboa, to his brother, Pedro Vaz with the obligation of supporting , each year, the celebration of a sung mass for his soul in the church of S. Miguel of Alfama, where his body would be buried. After Pedro's death, the entail would be passed to a son or daughter or his choice and subsequently transmitted to his/her descendants. Pedro Vaz would only receive that inheritance after the death of Branca Jorge, the testator's wife.
