Dowry deed by which Isabel Jorge, widow of Manuel Alves, donates her houses in Alfama to her great-niece, Maria Bernardes, daughter of her niece Graça Jorge and of João Bernardes, for her dowry, with the obligation that she and her descendants order four annual masses for her soul in the church of Santo Estêvão de Alfama. If Maria dies without successors the entail shall pass to her brother, Manuel, or to her other siblings. Maria Bernardes is represented by her father, João Bernardes, who shall administer the properties until she comes of age and takes a state. João Bernardes is present and accepts the donation.
Followed by an exemplification of a letter of possession of the houses by João Bernarrdes, in the name of his daughter, Maria Bernardes.
