Annexation deed

Annexation deed by which Domingos de Azevedo, widower of Maria Rodrigues and his heir and executor, entails the houses he bought in Lisboa to the obligation of three annual masses his wife had established in her will. They must pass undivided to his heirs and successors with this obligation. The houses already had an obligation of payment (censo) to the monastery of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa, for three annual masses for the souls of Jordão Jorge and Domingas Francisca.
Contains a will (extract), a partition deed (extract) unrelated to the entail and a court sentence.
