Sentence by which Apta Rebelo, widow, and her son António de Aguiar, son of Francisco de Aguiar, the instituidor's grandson, required a land measurement deed to evaluate the properties incorporated into the deceased's third. The administrator mentioned that his father added two more masses to be celebrated in this chapel, and that this entail was composed of a farm called "Fonte Coberta", with its olive groves, vineyards, lands and vegetable gardens. This document has inserted undated land measurement deeds.

Will (extract) by which António de Aguiar established an entail, using his third for the celebration of masses in the Church of São Tomé, in Lisboa. He designated his wife to be its first administrator and, after her death, it should succeed his eldest son António de Aguiar, with the obligation to incorporate his third into this entail. If he died childless, it should succeed his daughter Beatriz de Aguiar and her heirs. This entail is composed of a farm with unspecified location.
