Contract and bond deed between the friars of the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa and Simão Rodrigues de Andrade, who also represented his wife, Isabel da Silva Moutinho, by which they allowed him to erect a chapel in their church, near the chapel of Santo Anjo, where the bodies of the institutors and the remains of their descendants would be buried. Simão Rodrigues de Andrade and his wife committed themselves to donate a public debt instrument of 35 000 réis or a property to the convent at the time of their deaths. Its revenues would support the celebration of perpetual masses for their souls and the repair of the chapel.
