Bond by which the friars of the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa, represented by an attorney, commit themselves to celebrate a daily perpetual mass for the soul of Nuno Dias de Brito in that convent and to support that obligation with the revenues of a public debt instrument of 40 000 réis, which had belonged to the institutor.

Court sentence validating Nuno Dias de Brito's nuncupative will, as it was requested by Jorge Dias, brother of the deceased. It is mentioned that Nuno Dias de Brito had designated his brother as his universal heir, leaving him two rented properties (prazos) in Olivais. He asked him to use its revenues to support the celebration of a daily perpetual mass for his soul in the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa, where his remains would be buried.
