Will (extract) by which doutor João Saraiva bequeaths Beatriz Maga the houses where he lives, during her lifetime. After her death, they shall pass to his sister, married to António da Cruz, cirurgião do hospital, with an obligation of 60 annual masses for his soul. After his sister's death, 40 more masses shall be prayed, in a total of 100.

Will (extract) by which Belchior Alves da Costa lists the properties he wishes to entail to a chapel he is founding for his step-morther and siblings, namely, houses in Alfama which had an obligation of 100 masses for the soul of doutor João Saraiva in the church of Santo Estêvão de Alfama, where he is buried.
