Auto de arrematação of the houses located in Bairro dos Escolares and the olive grove located in Vale de Cavalinhos, bought by João Afonso. These properties were in possession of the heirs of Pedro da Costa, the eldest son of António da Costa, the institutor's heir.

Deed of sale by which Brígida Luís de Almeida, widow of João Afonso, and her son Afonso Vaz, monteiro de cavalo do rei, also on behalf of his wife Francisca Dias, declared that they possessed an olive grove and some houses obligated to the chapel of Mestre João, and that they wanted to sell it to António Mendes Lobo for 20 000 réis.

Sentence

Sentence by which it was confirmed that the olive grove obligated to the Mestre João's entail was alienated and that Diogo Gomes was not its administrator but its landlord.

Will by which Mestre João, físico, established an entail, designating his nephew António da Costa to be its first administrator. He was due to order the celebration of masses for his and his parents soul in the Church of São Tomé, using the rents of a olive grove located in Vale de Cavalinhos and other assets if this property would not be enough.
