Donation deed through which Fernando Eanes do Paraíso, Leonor Vaz's widower, donates houses in Alfama to his daughter-in-law, Isabel Lopes, João Vaz's widow. After her death, those houses would be transmitted to Catarina Vaz, the donor's granddaughter, and subsequently passed to her descendants or closest relatives. All of them would have to fulfil the obligations established in the will made by Fernando and his late wife in 1511-04-08.
The donor also annulled the will he had made in 1515, which was elaborated while he was under the influence of António Fernandes, husband of Fernando Eanes do Paraíso's granddaughter.
