Will (extract) by which Isabel Fernandes ordered Brás Martins, her nephew, to sell houses she had in Lisboa, only after the death of her son, and to buy another property with the sale's profit. Its revenues would support the celebration of 10 annual masses for her soul in the church of S. Miguel de Alfama. That property could only be sold if the pious obligation accompanied it. If Brás Martins died before the testator's son, without appointing an heir, the entail would be inherited by Simoa Rodrigues, his wife, who should transmit it to her closest relative.
