Bond by which António Gomes de Elvas, executor of his father, João Rodrigues de Elvas, and his mother Isabel Gomes, release their houses in Lisboa from the obligation to celebrate masses in the Convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça for his father and husband's soul, entailing to this obligation in exchange a public debt instrument of 12 000 réis in the Casa do Pescado of Lisboa.

Termo by which António Gomes de Elvas, son and executor of his parents, João Rodrigues de Elvas and of Isabel Gomes, declares he had already fulfiled part of their will by establishing the masses ordered by his father, to which he had entailed a public debt instrument in the Casa do Pescado of Lisboa. He now entails part of another public debt instrument set in the same house to the other half an annual of masses for his mother's soul.

Will of João Rodrigues de Elvas and Isabel Gomes, his wife, establishing a daily mass for their souls in the place where they are buried. They found five entails: four for each of their sons, Belchior Gomes, António Gomes, Francisco Rodrigues and Luís Rodrigues, with public debt instruments, properties in Lisboa, Alenquer and Caspolima, and another for their grandson, Fernando, with a public debt instrument in Estremoz, and designate each of them as successor of each entail. They appoint António Gomes and Francisco Rodrigues as their executors.
