Guiomar de Brito fulfiled and the public debt instrument in the Real da Água do Vinho da Câmara de Lisboa, which belonged to her third part, entailed to her chapel in the convent of S. Bento de Xabregas, which was administered by her son, Francisco.

Partition deed (extract) made to Francisco Aranha de Barros e Brito after the death of his parents, Gaspar Aranha de Barros and D. Guiomar de Brito, including a public debt instrument in the Real da Água which had belonged to the third part of his mother.

Will (extract) by which D. Guiomar de Brito, wife of Gaspar Aranha de Barros, entails her third part with an obligation of two monthly masses in her chapel in the convent of S. Bento de Xabregas, Lisboa, where she wishes to be buried. She designates her husband as first administrator, and their eldest son, Francisco, as the next one, and his descendants afterwards.
