Annexation deed by which D. Cecília Amaqui, widow of Pedro Coelho da Silva, entails a public debt instrument in the Casa das Carnes of Lisboa to the chapel of her husband, of which she is the administrator.
Contains another copy of the will (extract) already described in VINC007955 PCS EA/001, court sentences, a petition and a certificate of a partition deed and other documents related to the acquisition of the public debt instrument before it belonged to D. Cecília.

Cecília Amaquim, widow of Pedro Coelho da Silva, requesting authorization to entail to her husband's chapel a public debt instrument she possessed in the Casa das Carnes of Lisboa, since the third part of her husband was only composed of money and didn't have any properties or interest to entail.
Followed by a dispatch accepting it and a sentence ordering the issuance of the annexation deed.

Will (extract) by which Pedro Coelho da Silva bequeaths his third part to his wife, D. Cecília Amaqui, with an obligation of half an annual of masses for his soul in the convent of S. Bento de Xabregas of Lisboa. She shall appoint the next administrator among their children. The entail shall then pass to his successors by appointment.
