Annexation deed by which D. Miguel Pereira Coutinho, fidalgo da Casa do Rei and comendador da Ordem de Cristo, tutor of his minor son, D. Álvaro Pereira Coutinho, and his wife, D. Maria Pereira Coutinho, annex to the entail established by D. Catarina de Abreu, D. Álvaro's grandmother and D. Maria's mother, their farmstead in Lisboa, which had belonged to D. Catarina's husband, also called D. Álvaro Pereira Coutinho.

Codicil

Codicil by which D. Catarina de Abreu adds 100 more masses to her chapel, entailing to them her houses in Rua do Barão, Lisboa, of which her friend, Maria Vilela, shall have the usufruct during her lifetime, and which shall afterwards be incorporated in her entail. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1665-04-14 and an opening deed dated from 1665-04-18.

Contract and bond deed by which the priests of the church of Santo André of Lisboa agree with D. Miguel Pereira Coutinho, Fidalgo da Casa do Rei and comendador da Ordem de Cristo, father and tutor of his eldest son, D. Álvaro Pereira Coutinho, to establish the masses ordered in the will of D. Catarina de Abreu, D. Miguel's mother-in-law and grandmother of her son. He entails to this obligation, of which his son is the administrator, the houses in Lisboa left by the institutor.
Contains a letter-of-attorney, an extract of the will VINC007959 CAAPC EA/001, an extract of a pagamento à terça, a sale, quittance and obligation deed, related to the acquisition of the houses before they were entailed, and a certificate of payment of sisa.

Catarina de Abreu, for the totality of their houses in Lisboa, instead of just a quarter, as they had previously promised, annexing them to the entail of which their son is the administrator.

Will

Will by which D. Catarina de Abreu, D. Álvaro Pereira's widow, entails her third part, consisting of a public debt instrument of 80 000 réis, lands ("casal da Gocha") and a rent (foro) in Alcácer do Sal, and bequeaths it to her grandson, D. Álvaro, with the obligation of supporting his aunt, D. Margarida, and great-aunt, Maria dos Serafins, nuns in the convent of Anunciada, during their lifetime, and of ordering the celebration of annual masses in the church of Santo André of Lisboa. This entail shall always be in possession of the heirs of the entail belonging to D. Álvaro's father, D. Miguel Pereira Coutinho. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1665-03-01 and an opening deed issued on 1665-04-18.
