Will (extract) by which Pedro Nunes, desembargador, and his wife establish an entail with their third parts, including a farmstead in Numães, Barcelos, with an obligation of three weekly masses for their souls in a church chosen by the one of them who survives. They designate their eldest son, Simão Nunes de Carvalho, as administrator of the entail, and his descendants afterwards. If he dies without succession, the entail will pass to his brother, Miguel Nunes de Carvalho, and his descendants, or to their sister, Maria Nunes de Carvalho.
