Termo de declaração by which Beatriz Francisca and her husband, António Dias, carpinteiro, declared that they had given the houses previously owned by Adrião Antunes to their daughter, Maria José, who was married to João Francisco, carpinteiro. They confirmed that they gave up the possession of that property and indicated that João Francisco should become the administrator of the chapel instituted by Adrião Antunes on behalf of their daughter.

Will (extract) by which Adrião Antunes bequeathed a store and a floor of a house in Lisboa to his niece, Beatriz Francisca, with the obligation of supporting the celebration of 5 annual masses for his soul in the church of Misericórdia. Whoever inherited those houses was obligated to fulfil that perpetual obligation.
