Genebra Teixeira declared that, since one of his sons died, she had inherited houses in Lisboa, lands in Sintra and mills in Olivais ("moinhos de Dona Garcia"), which, alongside properties in Brasil and in the island of S. Tomé, would be divided among her heirs after her death. She confirmed that the third part of her estate would be inherited by her son, António Barros, with the obligation of transmitting it to his eldest son. She ordered her heirs to celebrate 2 perpetual daily masses for her soul and for the souls stranded in Purgatory.
