Dowry deed

Dowry deed by which padre Luís Piteira, capelão do rei, donates his houses in Lisboa to his cousin, Margarida Lobo, as a dowry for her marriage with António Vieira, escrivão dos Órfãos de Lisboa, with the obligation that she and her heirs order an annual mass for his soul in his burial place.
Followed by a letter of possession of the houses.

Sale and bond deed

Sale and bond deed by which Gonçalo Vieira, partidor dos Órfãos, and his wife, Maria Peres, sell to Gonçalo Dias, capelão e cantor do rei, the houses in Lisboa which had belonged to padre Luís Piteira, capelão do rei. Luís Piteira had donated them to Margarida Lobo, who had been married to António Vieira, escrivão dos Órfãos, father of Gonçalo Vieira, with the obligation of an annual mass. They sell the houses with this obligation.
Contains a dowry deed, a certificate of a partition deed made after António Vieira's death and a certificate certidão of payment of sisa.
