Chapel foundation deed by which Diogo da Silveira and his wife D. Maria de Meneses ordered the celebration of two anual masses for the soul of Maria Soares, using the rents of some houses located in Góis. It has inserted a power of attorney dated 1567-01-27 by which the administrators allowed his servant Diogo Álvares to contract this obligation on their behalf.
