Donation deed by which Berengária Eanes, widow of Giral Martins de Lemos, escudeiro-mor de Lisboa, founded an entail. The institutor declared that she only had a male son, Gomes Martins de Lemos, senhor de Góis, and that she wanted him to inherit her third composed of a farm called “Calhariz”, located in Benfica, on the outskirts of Lisboa, and some houses with its orchards and cellars in Rossio, Lisboa. This entail is also composed of lands, "casais", "herdades", vineyards, orchards, "montes" and other rents. Preceded by other documents dated between 1358-09-11 and 1385-07-25.
