Certificate by which António Lopes Henriques, tabelião do judicial de Ourém, attested that João Pereira and Catarina Rodrigues, his wife, had established a chapel of a perpetual daily mass in Azinhaga in their will, entailing to it the third part of their assets, which included a farmstead in that region. The notary declared that he was unable to copy the will due to its age and bad handwriting.
