Will chart by which D. Catarina Cogominho, Manuel Mendes de Vasconcelos' wife, expresses her wish to be buried in the tomb of her father-in-law, João Mendes, in the cathedral of Évora. She bequeaths her daughter, D. Francisca, and her descendants afterwards her part in the estate of Pecenas and farmlands in the estate of Fontainhas, which she entails as a chapel, with the obligation of 15 annual masses for her soul. She also bequeaths her the estate of Vila Fria, which her father had bequeathed her as a chapel. If her daughter dies without heirs the entail will pass to her closest relatives. If her lineage is extinguished, the entail will pass to the hospital of Évora.
