Codicil by which Rui Lopes de Évora and Leonor Rodrigues da Veiga declare that they wish to make changes to the clauses of their entail foundation deed and allow the one of them who survives the other to make a new institution, together with their son and heir, Manuel da Veiga, to ratify the previous one.

Contract and bond deed by which the priests of the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça of Lisboa give Rui Lopes de Évora, fidalgo, and his wife, Leonor Rodrigues, the chapel of Santa Ana, in their church, to serve as their family's burial place. They establish an obligation of a daily mass and an annual divine office for their souls, to which they entail a public debt instrument of 50 000 réis in the Alfândega of Porto, which they give to the priests. The institutors will administer the chapel during their lifetimes and afterwards the administration will pass to the successors they designate.

Declaration deed by which Leonor Rodrigues da Veiga, Rui Lopes de Évora's widow, her eldest son, Manuel da Veiga, his wife, Isabel Gomes Angel Coronel, and their son, Rui Lopes da Veiga, fidalgo da Casa do Rei and comendador da Ordem de Cristo, clarify certain clauses of the institution of the entail founded by Leonor Rodrigues da Veiga and Rui Lopes de Évora, as had been accorded in a codicil they had made in 1609. These clarifications regard the clauses related to the behaviour of the heirs, the use of the family's coat of arms and name and the use of the entailed properties. Manuel da Veiga and his wife confirm the conditions and promise to make an entail of 80 000 cruzados which shall be incorporated in this one, which was worth 54 000 cruzados, so the entail would always have properties totaling 134 000 cruzados. They request royal confirmation. Rui Lopes da Veiga is present and accepts these conditions.

Dowry deed (extract) by which Rui Lopes de Évora and his wife, Leonor Rodrigues da Veiga, donate their entail as a dowry to their son and daughter-in-law.

Dowry deed (extract) made by Manuel da Veiga and his wife, Isabel Gomes Angel for the marriage of their son, Rui Lopes da Veiga, to D. Beatriz de Vilhena, daughter of Nuno da Cunha and of D. Leonor de Sousa. They promise to give them, in the next ten years, 80 000 cruzados as an entail, to always be in their lineage.

Entail foundation deed by which Rui Lopes de Évora, fidalgo de geração, and his wife, Leonor Rodrigues da Veiga, establish an entail for their eldest son, Manuel da Veiga, and his wife, Isabel Gomes Angel, who should afterwards be succeeded by their eldest son, Rui Lopes da Veiga. They include in the entail their farmstead of Montijos, in Lisboa, with its lands, and other properties and public debt instruments which should total 54 000 cruzados. The entail will always be united to the chapel of Nossa Senhora da Palma e S. Guilherme which they founded in the monastery of Nossa Senhora da Graça of Lisboa, with the obligation of a daily mass. All of the named parties are present and accept these conditions, promising to fulfil them.
