Contract and bond deed by which the priests of the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça of Lisboa give the chapel of S. Rafael, in their church, to Diogo Lopes Ulhoa, cavaleiro fidalgo da Casa do Rei, to serve as his family's burial place. He establishes an obligation of a daily mass and an annual divine office for his and his relatives' souls to which he promises to entail a public debt instrument worth 50 000 réis. He will administer the chapel during his lifetime, and afterwards the administration will pass to his nephew, Tomé Lopes Ulhoa, son of Diogo's deceased brother, António Lopes Ulhoa, and to his successors. Tomé Lopes Ulhoa is present and accepts this contract.
