Contract and bond deed by which the priests of the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça of Lisboa donate the chapel of Espírito Santo, in their church, to Diogo Dias de Andrade, cavaleiro fidalgo da Casa do Rei, and to his wife, Esperança Gomes, to serve as their chapel and burial place. They promise to pray a daily mass for their souls in exchange for a public debt instrument worth 45 000 réis, which the instutors pledge to give them in the next two years.
