Chapel foundation deed by which Inês Piteira and her brother, Luís Piteira, clérigo de missa, receive the chapel of S. Bento from the priests of the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça to use as their family's burial place. They bequeath the convent two houses they possess in the parishes of S. Salvador and S. Miguel of Lisboa in exchange for and annual and three weekly masses for their souls. Luís Piteira promises to pay the building of the chapel and declares that if their successors wish to be buried in it they will have to give it a third part of their properties.
