Affidavit

Affidavit in which Cristóvão da Cunha de Eça Soutomaior swore and publicly stated that his mother Isabel Jacques ordered the foundation of an entail on her will but that this will was lost during an assault made by the Dutch in Bahia, when their sugar mill, properties and familial documents were all lost, but that this entail was worth 5000 cruzados, and this sum should sustain a perpetual weekly mass in every friday on her behalf.
