Termo de declaração by which Margarida Gonçalves, widow, accepted the inheritance of Bartolomeu Fernandes, her brother, as it was stipulated by his will. He bequeathed to her the following properties: a vineyard in Vale de Vila Corvo, an orchard and a vineyard in Roda and another land (quintal).

Will (extract) by which padre Bartolomeu Fernandes demanded that all his properties should be entailed and its revenues used to support the celebration of 5 annual masses for his soul. After the death of most of the people to whom the testator left those assets, the entail would be delivered to a son or daughter of the last survivor and transmitted to their descendants.
