He considers the sequestration of two farmhouses (casais) that did not belong to D. Gaião's entail, as well as all the property of the entail, should be finished, because it was proved that the supplicant was descendant of Nuno Gonçalves de Ataíde to whom, in 1421, João I, had donated that entail.
