Composition deed between the cónegos of the monastery of Santa Maria de Refoios do Lima and Rui da Costa Peixoto, administrator of the chapel instituted by Martinho Afonso de Penelas, due to the alms given by the administrator to celebrate the charges in the chapel. The convent, plaintiff, had filed a lawsuit against the administrator, defendant, accusing him of giving reduced alms for the celebration of the charges. The defendant, seeking to avoid the demand, undertakes to pay twenty réis, in cash, for each mass celebrated, totaling 2.880 réis annually.

Paula Soares.
She received a warrant in 1630-01-11 to suceed her brother in the administration of the chapel and brotherhood of Santa Catarina in Alenquer, which was taken to Agostinho de Moura who didn't accomplished the chapel obligations, but this chapel was already given to another person.

He appoints Clara Martins, his wife, as the first administrator. Clara Martins must have succeeded her husband's closest relative, of Branca Afonso, his sister.
