Apostille on public debt instrument

Apostille transmitting an entailed public debt instrument worth 5.000 réis to João Monteiro, as administrator in solitum of the chapel founded by Francisco Rodrigues and Francisca Falcoa. Before this apostille was made, he shared the administration of the chapel with Manuel Fernandes, but in efect of judicial sentence passed by the Juiz das Justificações, he became the sole administrator of the chapel. This apostille was made as a result of that sentence.

The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.
