Declaration deed

Declaration deed by which João Cardoso Godinho and Isabel da Costa, his wife, add clauses and make some changes to their will. Instead of Francisco Cardoso, they now appoint Belchior Godinho Lavrador, as the first administrator of the chapel they had instituted. They also determine the charges that should be entered into.

Will chart

Will chart of João Cardoso Godinho and Isabel da Costa, his wife. They had a chapel, invoking Nossa Senhora da Conceição, in the convent of São Francisco of Angra, where they ordered their burial. They name whoever survives from them as the heir of all their assets, from which they had to withdraw 6 contracted income moios for their chapel. Francisco Cardoso, their nephew, is appointed first administrator.
