Will made by Pedro Jorge in which he ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail with a perpetual obligation of two masses celebrated every week in the church of São Sebastião, in Ponta Delgada, or in the chapel that he wished to build, devoted to Jesus Christ. He named their son Jerónimo Jorge as first administrator and after his death, the administration should continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir, or the closest relative if any administrator died without heirs. He also ordered that the administrator should always give two shirts worth 30 réis to two indigents by Christmas.

Will made by Pedro Jorge in which he confirmed the foundation of the entail he made with his wife Ana Gonçalves and their son Jerónimo Jorge as first administrator, but revoked some of the clauses disposed on the first foundation deed such as the obligation of giving the two shirts to the two needy people. He also ordered that if the chapel devoted to Jesus Christ was not completed by the time of his death, the administrator should continue it, taking part of his own available portion if necessary. If Jerónimo died without male heirs and only one of his female daughter was available to inherit the entail, the administration should be immediately transmitted to one of his sisters instead, who would have it during her life.
