Will (extract) by which cónego Nuno da Cunha de Eça establishes an entail with his properties, including his Quinta da Bica, in Nossa Senhora dos Olivais, Lisboa. This entail shall always be joined to the entail established by Martinho Esteves in Quinta da Pipa, in the same parish. He appoints as his heir his great-nephew, Luís Álvares da Cunha de Eça, of whom he is the tutor and curator, and who is the administrator of the entail of Quinta da Pipa. He establishes an obligation of 5 000 reis of masses and a lamp in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa and the celebration of masses of the Martinho Esteve's chapel in the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora.
