Partition and obligation deed by which it is attested the validity of the partition of Afonso Eanes Carrasco's patrimony, issued at the request of João Eanes Galego, his heir. Contains an exemplification of an extract of Afonso Eanes Carrasco's will and a copy of the partition deed of his assets.

Will (extract)

Will (extract) by which Afonso Eanes Carrasco establishes an entail with all his properties, appointing his cousin, João Eanes Galego, to be its first administrator. He obligates him to pay each year 100 libras, extracted from the revenues of his assets, to the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, in order to support the celebration of annual masses for his soul. He mentions that his body should be buried inside that convent.
