Grace warrant ordering the masses of the chapel founded by Martinho Rodrigues Situleiro to be celebrated from now on by religiosos of the monastery of São Francisco, in Estremoz, in the chapel of S. Miguel of the church of Misericórdia, where the institutor was buried. The Provedor of Comarca of Évora informed that this masses weren't celebrated. The chapel's administrator was António de Puga de Vasconcelos.

He institutes a chapel, in the church of São Miguel, to which he linked the third of his assets, entailed after the death of his wife or in case she remarried. He mentions the chapels of Domingos Esteves Bem-lhe-Quero and Teresa Martins, his aunt, that he has administered.
