Acordão em relação declaring that the chapel was vacant and incorporated on the Crown’s administration since 1547, due to the extinction of the institutor’s bloodline, being given to Domingos de Paiva, and his son Francisco Cerveira, last administrators, and after the death of Francisco, his son Domingos de Paiva required the administration. The desembargadores condemned the present owner [whose name is not mentioned] to restitute the income derived from the chapel since 1621, and condemned him to abdicate and deliver the administration to the King, that would appoint a new administrator, after the Tombo was finished.

Acordão em relação declaring that the tombo of the chapel was well done and completed, ordering that Pedro Álvares should then receive the administration letter during his lifetime after register the tombo in Torre do Tombo and in the Provedoria das Capelas. He should also keed a book for the record of the masses obligation and place a vault on the church with the institutor’s name and that it has an six yearly masses obligation on it. The desembargadores declared that the chapel should have an income of 3.000 réis.

Mandate by the Provedor das Capelas da Comarca da Extremadura to the judges of Cadaval ordering them to proceed on a diligence deed in order to find which assets were entailed to the chapel founded by Vasco Gil da Ventosa in the church of São Tomé do Montejunto. It was copied on the tombo in order to proof that the chapel had an obligation of six yearly masses.
