Codicil of D. Violante Coronel clarifying the clause regarding the candles to place in her chapel of Todos-os-Santos, in the monastery of Santíssima Trindade, after her successors win the lawsuit against her nephew, Luís Guedes de Sá e Meneses.
Codicil approved in 1661-08-12 and opened in 1661-10-05.

Entail foundation deed

Entail foundation deed by which D. Violante Coronel, widow of D. Fernando de Ataíde, establishes an entail with her properties, including two public debt instruments in the Almoxarifados de Aveiro and Beja and revokes all of her wills made before this institution. She establishes an obligation of two daily masses in the chapel of Todos os Santos of the monastery of Santíssima Trindade of Lisboa, which she bought from the priests of the convent. She designates her nephew, Francisco de Sá e Meneses, as first administrator, and his descendants afterwards. Francisco de Sá e Meneses is also the administrator of the entails established by D. Francisca Coronel and Manuel Gomes de Elvas.

Sale and bond deed

Sale and bond deed by which the priests of the convent of Santíssima Trindade of Lisboa sell to D. Violante Coronel, widow of D. Fernando de Ataíde, their chapel of Todos os Santos, which shall serve as burial place for herself and for the successors of her entail. D. Violante Coronel gives them money to fulfill her pious obligations, and also gives money to the irmandade de Todos os Santos, based in that chapel. She promises they shall have the administation of her chapel if her lineage is extinguished. The brothers of the irmandade accept the sale and the obligations.
Contains agreement deed between the priests of the convent and royal warrant authorizing the sale.

Will of D. Violante Coronel ordering the fulfilment of her entail founded in a previous deed, in which she appointed her niece, D. Mariana Josefa da Silva, as its successor and her nephew, Francisco de Sá, as its first administrator. She also orders the celebration of masses in where her nephews decide, but only until her chapel of Todos-os-Santos, in the monastery of Santíssima Trindade, is finished and the Quinta da Granja is sold to buy properties to entail.
Will approved in 1661-08-11 and opened in 1661-10-05.
