Licence by which Martinho Alvernaz, escudeiro do Rei and administrator of the chapel and hospital of Santo Eustáquio, ratifies a deed of sale by which Vicente Fernandes, lavrador, sold to Brás Teles, camareiro-mor do infante D. Luís, the casal of Monte Serves in Vialonga, whose lease was entailed to the chapel and hospital which he administered. Martinho Alvernaz is represented by his son, Miguel Alvernaz, moço de câmara do infante D. Luís.
Preceded by deed of sale, dated 1543-09-18.
Followed by an undated sentence refering a previous sentence and ordering the maintenance of the chapel and hospital of Santo Eustáquio.

Will

Will by which Clara Afonso, Pedro Esteves de Unhão's widow, bequeaths vineyards in Alcântara and Camparide to the bacharéis da Sé de Lisboa, obligating them to celebrate masses for her soul and the souls of her relatives in the chapel of Santo Estácio of that church, where she must be buried next to her husband and her children. She donates an olive grove in Vale da Pereira to Pedro Lourenço, her nephew, obligating him to give olive oil each year to the hospital she and her husband established and to light a lamp in the chapel of Santa Maria da Escada. She also leaves him houses in Lisboa, ordering that whoever succeeds him should send, each year, rams, wine and baskets of bread to the church of Santa Maria Madalena of that city for the soul of the testator's sister. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1394-02-26.

Will by which Pedro Esteves de Unhão and his wife, Clara Afonso, establish a chapel dedicated to Santo Eustáquio in the cathedral of Lisboa, with a chaplain who shall pray for their souls. They also found a hospital of the same invocation in their houses, which shall feed and dress three poor people. They entail to these institutions their quinta da Panasqueira, casais of Caparide, Negranças, Mastronças, Arranhol, Carrasqueira, Monte Serves, and Santa Eulália, salterns in Tojal and houses in Lisboa. After their deaths, the administration of their chapel and hospital shall be bequeathed to João Eanes and Afonso Domingos and to their children.
