Acórdão overruling a court sentence, determining that the plaintiffs, Lourenço de Sousa and D. Luísa de Meneses e Noronha, were the rightful administrators of the chapel established by Afonso de Albuquerque. D. Luísa's grandmother, D. Luísa de Noronha, was the closest living relative of the institutor at the time of his death. The defendants were obligated to renounce the entail's administration. Followed by two acórdãos.

João Afonso de Albuquerque. However, it is also declared that the remains of the institutor could not be transferred to another church nor could the perpetual masses be celebrated elsewhere until the administrator obtained a licence. Will (extract) by which Afonso de Albuquerque established an entail, appointing his son Brás to be its first administrator. He was due to order the celebration of masses in the Convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça, in Lisboa. This entail is composed of two farms located in Alhandra and Atouguia, and a vineyard located in Alhos Vedros.
