Contract and bond deed between Antão de Faria, Fidalgo da Casa do Rei, his wife, Leonor Gonçalves de Oliveira, and the prior of the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça, by which the former declared that they had established a chapel in that convent where their bodies would be buried. In order to guarantee the celebration of annual masses for their souls in perpetuity, they entailed a property (casal) in A do Fação, Sintra, to their chapel. The friars of the convent had to fulfil that pious obligation and to take care of the chapel's ornaments. The prior accepted the terms of the contract.
