Will (extract) by which Beatriz Fernandes designates Maria, her criada, as her heir. She bequeaths her her houses in the parish of Santo André, Lisboa, with an obligation of 10 annual masses in the church of that parish for her soul, the soul of her son Bento Eanes, and the soul of João Martins, quartenário da Sé de Lisboa, who shall have their usufruct during his lifetime. After his death, the houses shall pass to Maria and then to her successors, with that obligation.
