Donation deed by which Doutor Gil Martins, do Desembargo do Rei, and his wife, Leonor Pereira, donated a property ("lagar de azeite") in S. Vicente de Fora to the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça of Lisboa, obligating its friars to celebrate a perpetual daily mass for their souls over the graves of Martinho Lourenço and his wife. Contains a copy of a letter of attorney issued on 1408-12-06.

Exemplification of a donation deed issued at the request of Doutor Gil Martins and Leonor Pereira, in order to be delivered to the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça of Lisboa. Contains a copy of a grace letter issued on 1412-02-12. Followed by an acceptance deed by the friars of the convent issued on 1412-03-15.
