Dowry deed

Dowry deed by which Branca Vaz, Marcos Fernandes' widow, donates to Inácio Ferreira, her grandson, who would marry Catarina de Brito, all her properties, including houses in the parish of S. Miguel, Lisboa, which were associated to the obligation of celebrating an annual mass in the church of S. Maria Madalena of that city. Those assets would only be given to Inácio Ferreira after the death of his grandmother.
Furthermore, Inês Fernandes, Simão Farto's widow, donates to her granddaughter, Catarina de Brito, a rent of wheat that is entailed to the chapel established by Duarte Fernandes, Inês' brother, in the church of Santo Estêvão de Alfama of Lisboa. After the death of Catarina de Brito's grandmother, she would become the chapel's next administrator.
Inácio Ferreira accepted this deed.
