Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of Luís do Couto Félix allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Graça Lopes da Maia, after denouncing it vacant due to the extinction of the institutor's bloodline and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Will (extract) by which Graça Lopes da Maia established an entail, designating Pedro Martins, priest of the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, to be its first administrator. He was due to order the celebration of masses in the same church. After his death, it should succeed in this entail her nephew Vicente da Maia and his heirs. This entail is composed of houses and vineyards that should be given to the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora for the fulfilment of these obligations.
